What we collect
If you send a job ticket, we get your name, email address, your phone number if you give it, what you tell us about the job, and any photos you attach. The site doesn’t collect anything else.
What we use it for
We use your details to reply to you and quote for the work. That’s our only reason for having them, and we don’t use them for marketing or sell them.
Who handles it
Tickets reach us by email through Resend. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs to run it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Links to Facebook and Google take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing maz@mjs-upholstery.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
